Reshape your body with supervised, 20-minute High-intensity resistance training sessions, once or twice per week. Reverse loss of muscle mass (we all experience it after age 25), improve both aerobic and anaerobic metabolism, and restore your youthful physique. All the exercise you need to improve your health, strength, and appearance without doing endless, unproductive hours of cardio. No joint injuries, no high-impact, no repetitive "aeorbics" of any kind. Our result producing workouts are not fun, they're hard work; but they are very brief and very effective. As unbelievable as it sounds, you will probably need only one workout per week to meet your goals. If you're in hurry to get results or you want to maximize muscle mass, we can start with two per week.

All workouts are supervised, one-on-one, in a private training facility equipped with a full circuit of commercial weight machines. Location is near the intersection of Coit and Campbell Roads. No contracts - pay by the month or by the workout. Free orientation session includes first workout.

One workout per week: $80 per month, in advance
Two workouts per week: $140 per month, in advance
Single workout: $25, pay as you go

Couples rates:
